Product loading hopper

We build feed hoppers, simple or with a heating and mixing system, to integrate with our dosers, to package various types of products with different viscosities. All feed hoppers are made of mirror polished AISI 316L stainless steel.

The feed hoppers are combined with our dosers to facilitate the suction and dosing of the product to be packaged. We produce double-walled tanks, benchtop or on wheels, with a mixer with rotating blades or pressers to treat particularly dense and compact products such as foundations, depilatory waxes, zinc creams, pastes and masks, gels and lotions that need to be mixed and kept at temperature during the packaging process. For the dosing of products with pieces that need to be kept in suspension, the dosing units are combined with special mixing tanks and/or hoppers with mixer which can also be equipped with a product maintenance system at the dosing temperature (heating band; double wall with insulation).

Our mixing tanks can be made in various volumes and shapes according to the needs of each customer in order to also contain the entire production batch.
